This trophy-quality 11-story office and retail building in the East End/Penn Quarter neighborhood includes 10 levels of office space, ground-floor retail, and two levels of below-grade parking. The project incorporated a two-story designated historic structure, the facades of which were restored and fully integrated with the contemporary building.

FMC performed the following construction materials quality control and inspections:

  • Foundation subgrade testing

  • Drilled piles testing and inspection

  • Soil backfill and compaction, including sheeting and shoring

  • Concrete testing for all cast-in-place concrete

  • Steel reinforcement checks

  • Waterproofing 

  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections
