The Conrad represented the second phase of CityCenterDC, a 2.5 million sf mixed-use development on a 10-acre site in the heart of Washington, D.C. In addition to the 360-room five star hotel, the site includes luxury ground floor retail space.
FMC provided the following construction materials testing and inspections services:
