Our Story

When FMC & Associates was launched in 2008, we helped first time home buyers live the American dream. By providing them with the peace of mind that their would-be home was safe and structurally sound, they could close on the sale with confidence. 

By showing up and delivering to those clients, our company grew organically. Each new client sent us referrals, and those referrals turned into bigger and more complex projects. We gained a reputation for dependability, flexibility, and quality. Soon we were working with developers on medium-sized construction projects and multi-million dollar buildings and sites.

New projects pushed us to stretch our capabilities and knowledge. We grew our team to include registered professional engineers, veteran project managers, qualified and certified technicians, and code compliance inspectors. We built materials testing resources in-house, such as a complete concrete curing room, compressive strength testing equipment and a comprehensive soils laboratory.

Today, we are proud to provide a diverse range of services that ensure our clients pass building and code inspections.
